Ingredients
1 ready-made pie crust
6 slices of bacon, chopped
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
4 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.
In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and drain on a paper towel.
In the same skillet, add the chopped spinach and sauté until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Spread the bacon, spinach, and feta cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the bacon, spinach, and feta in the pie crust.
Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
