In a small bowl, mix together honey, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

While the salmon is baking, steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.

Add the steamed cauliflower florets, heavy cream, butter, and Parmesan cheese to the pot. Mash the cauliflower using a potato masher until smooth and creamy.
Season the cauliflower mash with salt and pepper to taste.
