Spicy Honey Glazed Salmon with Mango Salsa

Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 ripe mangoes, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced
Salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, ground ginger, and black pepper to make the glaze.
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
In a separate bowl, combine diced mangoes, chopped red onion, diced red bell pepper, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make the salsa.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the salsa mixture for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
Serve the spicy honey glazed salmon fillets topped with mango salsa.
