Spicy Honey Sriracha Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to make the glaze.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the salmon fillets, skin side down, for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  6. Flip the salmon fillets, brush the glaze over the top, and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  7. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Remove from the oven and brush with more glaze.
  9. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
