Honey Sriracha Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the honey sriracha mixture over them. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon fillets for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Brush the remaining honey sriracha mixture over the salmon fillets and transfer the skillet to the oven.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
  8. Serve the Honey Sriracha Glazed Salmon hot with steamed rice and stir-fried vegetables.
